最近コレステロールの話が流行りましたね(健康診断の後。。)関東本部でも私といくつかの同僚の人気話題。2020年の自宅業務も確かつなげています。

おやつチョコレートを買うをやめましたが、誰かがチョコレートをくれたらエクスタシーで爆発します。(関東本部でけっこあります。。)

今朝NHKWorldの番組で、いいコレステロールVS悪いコレステロールの問題だけでわなくて、いいコレステロールをサッポートできるHDC脂肪酸を食べるは大切です。
特に:
青魚
ナッツ
亜麻仁油
緑茶

選考試験と審査員ためにスーツを着なければならないとき、私はいつも体重増加に気づきます。
また!!まだ!!
だから、ここでみなさんの前に誓います!
次の選考試験までに太りすぎを解消します!
魚、ナッツ、油をたくさん食べ、緑茶を飲むことで!
少しジョギングも。。

Lately the topic of cholesterol has been coming up among staff at Mitaka. I'm sure the 2020 quarantine has something to do with it, and the recent health check of course...

One of my techniques to lower my cholesterol was to stop buying chocolate for my afternoon snack. But at honbu there is no shortage chocolate sharing. It has quite the effect on me now, like a mini birthday/Christmas, earning an impromptu happy dance.

The other day I saw an NHK program about cholesterol and they went into the science of it. Only recently they found out it is a little more complicated than just good vs bad cholesterol. The short of it is: 
have a lot of:
-herring (blue fish in Japanese)
-nuts
-flaxseed oil
-green tea

Every YTJ season has a little weight evaluation period for me, aka judging senkoushiken, cause I wear my suit pants.
Tailor made quite a few years back.
So herby I publicly proclaim to fit loosely in my senkoushiken pants by next term!
By eating tons of fish, nuts, pouring flaxseed oil on everything and drinking liters of green tea!
And a little jogging..
